First I've heard of him but from the link below, SU is mentioned as one of the teams of interest (you will have to scroll down a little in the article) -

Here are some highlights from a few weeks ago. Reminds me a little bit of Michael Gbinije

Why he’s on the rise? Bishop was one of the toughest off-the-dribble scorers that we saw all spring and he also has to be respected as a jump shooter. With 6-foot-4 size, he can play as either a point or shooting guard and he’s equally versatile on both the offensive and defensive ends of the floor. He’s been a bit undervalued.
Who is involved? Providence, Kansas State, Cincinnati, Rutgers, Penn State, La Salle, Rhode Island, St. Joseph’s and VCU are among those heavily involved.

Dahmir Bishop, CG, 2019
At one point in time during the afternoon session, Bishop seemingly had more points on the board than the entire opposition. He was simply on fire shooting the ball, and while things cooled down in the second game, Bishop was still very good. He is a big guard who can play on or off the ball and can really score. Add in that he is a good athlete with good length, and Bishop showed potential to be a good defender down the road as well.
Recruiting: Rhode Island, Seton Hall, Marquette, Cincinnati, Penn State, Kansas State, Temple, Rutgers, Providence

DAHMIR BISHOP | CLASS OF 2019 SG
The Philadelphia native Dahmir Bishop has become a national name this spring. Bishop is now becoming a priority for many high major programs and received his first ACC offer in Wake Forest yesterday. Bishop is a much better athlete than given credit for and utilizes his athleticism in the open floor and when attacking the basket. Bishop has been a bit under the radar, but he has greatly improved in the past year. I would expect for him to gain more even more attention this July live period.

With swagger for days, Bishop has been one of the breakthrough performers thus far in Charlottesville. Wired to compete, there isn’t anyone opposing him that he will back down from. While he didn’t have his best on tap for his Thursday evening affair, he did make a few plays that really makes you ponder just how productive he can be as he continues to prove his critics wrong. He is just beginning to get ‘it’ as he sports the heavily lauded 3-and-D label about to him. Whether he has made his last few shots or not, that next shot of his is going up with loads of confidence behind it.

Since haven't seen SU mentioned in a while figured we weren't going to be on this list. Really like the kids game and wish him the best.
