I'll believe these investigations are purposeful and will help the game of college basketball when a blue blood goes down, not their primary competition (Arizona, Oregon, Louisville, or anyone else that's consistently a threat). Otherwise they're merely cleaning out the competition. Until Duke, UNC, or Kentucky go down, it's nothing but a distraction and a ruse which will further enhance the blue blood chances of winning. The corruption IMO likely runs much deeper. Perhaps even blue bloods are lining the pockets of the NCAA? That's how little confidence I have that anything that helps the average college team will ever happen as a result. The illusion of change...

Can't wait to see all this come out and hopefully blue bloods get what they finally deserve -

Great listen. You have to wonder if the DOJ goes easy on Nike as long as they can since Phil and the boys are American. Compared to the Dassler family (I think they are still on the board) who just happen to a foreign company from Bavaria.

I still maintain that Duke, UNC, and Kentucky will come away unscathed. Money talks.

As a law teacher, a judge can not tell someone what his defense can or can not be. If he is found guilty because he can not raise that issue, it screams appeal.
