Expect this going forward as going to see more 2021 kids than 2020.

Pretty good handle and feel for the game for his height. Hopefully the big boys donβt eventually come in to grab him taking us out of it.

Agreed, gotta stay on this kid a lot. I believe eventually we'll offer.

Expect this going forward as going to see more 2021 kids than 2020.Β We think it's been hard to recruit lately... It's going to get harder to land guys by 2021 and beyond. I'm concerned about this tactic. This guy has some game though. Need to see more.

They've got to look forward and go for 2021 as scholarship are limited right now for 2020. Right now the only who more than likely won't be back is Oshae and that's if he comes back. If he doesn't come back hopefully we get Jackson and then if someone else leaves or is asked to leave then we get Woody Newton. Something has to shake out with all the guys in the back court too with the log jam and see who things pan out with Carey running PG. IF that goes south then we gotta get a PG but the problem maybe it might be too late waiting to spring unless they are some top tier talent who haven't committed yet.

I just hope it doesn't come back to bite us in the ass. I'd probably have pressured Sidibe to leave. We are delusional if we think recruiting isn't going to get even harder the older JB gets. Time will tell.

I don't think you ask Sidibe leave as he's our most experience center right now. If by chance he heals for this injury 100 percent (not counting on that) and gets his game to what he looked like against Pitt his freshman year it's going to benefit us. If he's the kid from his sophomore year again then it's time to push him out and move on.

I didn't see anything from Sidibe last year that gives me the slightest degree of optimism about his role this year. Unless they have Sidibe doing more than just physical rehab, (diet changes, etc) then the conditions still exist in his body for the inflammation to recur or show up elsewhere.

Even if Sidibe does somewhat recover close to 100%, Iβm really worried about the mental part of his game on D especially. The lack of awareness, silly fouls, etc. Thatβs not a physical thing. He was picking up fouls (most of the dumb) at an alarming rate.
Iβm not very optimistic with Sidibe. Looking more and more like a miss by the staff. Edwards isnβt going to be ready for awhile. In my eyes, the next couple of seasons of SU ball will be dependent on the successes or failures of three guys...Carey, Quincy G, and JBA. Scares me to death.
