Mine is the BACK FROM THE DEAD ON EASTER SUNDAY Elite Eight win over UVA. I was hooking up with this UVA senior at the time, and at half she was talking lots of trash. I was watching the game at a sports bar in Virginia Beach - my hometown - and after seeing how hard I was rooting for SU the locals started chirping me too. My best friend at the time was also a UVA grad.
The girl turned out to be the literal devil and my friend showed his true colors as a d bag a year or so later. They can both get coronavirus.
Other games considered were
The 6 OT game Beating #1 Dook in Cameron Beating Gtown in the 2013 BET

Outside of the National Championship game I think the UVA comeback and 6 OT game rank really high on my list too.

Haha Walsh. Funny about the UVA chick. Did you ever make it Charlottesville, btw? Great town. I have some good friends there and have been there a bunch. br] 1. 6OT game. Was there with dope seats. Amazing. 2. E8 UVA. Obviously didn’t think we had a chance and an incredible comeback. 3. Really wish I was old enough to remember games like 1989 ACC-Big East Challenge when SU beats Duke in Greensboro.

My brother graduated from UVA and i would visit the friend i mentioned there all the time. I was actually at UVA’s campus the day of the E8 game and gave the bird to the JPJ. UVA has a beautiful campus and Charlottesville is a great college town.

It’s pricier than other good ones like Ann Arbor, Madison, Eugene, etc.

I was at the 2013 BE Semi final vs Gtown. It was UNREAL. Was my freshman year and certainly set the bar high.
When I was much younger I went to the final vs Pitt in the Garden as well with my dad and younger brother to see Gerry finish off his run. (We are a full family of SU Grads)

Nat'l title game for sure. Wanted to go to the Final 4 that weekend but my was due with our first child and they were going to induce labor Monday morning. It was a blessing in disguise as about 20 minutes after SU won my daughter was born. It was the daily double that night for me . I got hooked up that same year to two games at the Dome, on a trip up for a long weekend in January. Ended up being the Pitt game on Saturday night with over 30,000 plus and the place was rocking. Got court side seats opposite the Pitt bench and was a great night. Then Monday they played G-town. Was on same side but a little higher up, great game as well. Also got to meet all the guys in the locker room after the game thanks to a certain players parent. All the guys were cool and Hop is crazy. Also agree with others about the 6OT game and will never forget that night nor that run/show those guys put on during that BET.

Maybe the 87 tournament game when we beat North Carolina. I was a freshman, and that was when i recognized we were 'big time.'

Just throwing out some random ones, I think it was 2012, but the Wisconsin tournament game was a pretty fun to me.
I remember at some point just having a feeling that I didn't even care who won, because both teams were playing so well and it was just a great game. The officials weren't effing it up, two teams just making plays, and hitting shots. There was nothing sloppy or frustrating, and I couldn't even find individual players to get mad at. lol
I think it may have been the only NCAAT game where even if we lost, I would have just said, "well played" and moved on happily.
