This team is so incredibly hard to root for.
UVA game was yet another one where we got to show off our tremendous lack of athleticism.

This team is so incredibly hard to root for. UVA game was yet another one where we got to show off our tremendous lack of athleticism. UVA is another glorified mid-major like us except better and better coached. Yet another example of our Swiss cheese zone making them comfortable and unmolested. Meanwhile we keep launching contested shots despite all the “good looks” verbal diarrhea. I get the missed FTs. However, any idiot can see we work so hard on offense and then often settle for launches. It all gets magnified because they can make those occasionally. It’s a pathetic scheme, regardless.

Haven't watched in forever. Too depressing. Flipped on the Miami game because saw they were winning. Right on cue they screw up thr chance for the last shot of the half with a pathetic turnover. Points on the other end for Miami. Unfukncanny how often that scenario plays out

I've watched 5 minutes and seen JB2 turn it over 3 times, brick a layup and go 2-4 from the ft line. Garbage

JB2 absolutely cannot play the wing in 1-3-1. They went right around him 2 straight possessions. Ole anvil feet ass

Miami knows Jesse is busting out to cover the corner 3. They’re pump faking it, and driving right by him now with no one underneath the bucket. No adjustment by JB.
Just awful.
No Buddy has fouled out???
Just a putrid second half.

I started this thread. I have still prioritized all the games since Georgetown. I've even gone to the Brown, Cornell and Virginia games in the Dome.... however... last night really ended any hope I have for this season. My sister and niece/nephew live in Boston. Every time we play there I book a flight and go to the game. She just asked me if I'm coming. After last night's game I decided no. Why would I fly out to see a team with a sub-500 record and zero hope for the future. If I don't see any commitment by Wildhack to make the change at the top that is needed then I'm just watching on TV when it's convenient.
This is ridiculous at this point. We've been clamoring for this for almost 5 years now. They were warned. Recruiting took an obvious downturn, excellent recruits are decommitting at an unusual clip, and NOW we're seeing the head coach chase the best talent out of town in favor of inferior talent!
I mean seriously does anyone think this team would be 7-7 with this starting lineup- Kadary, Quincy, Jesse, Buddy, Benny? I know Benny has not shown that he's starter-worthy but I'd bet that Kadary would have made him a better player. The bottom line is things are a disaster on the hill and they were warned. Now we have to worry about Autry, an unproven commodity, becoming the next in-house money saving coach. Wtf man seriously.

Think about that - a kid who emerged as a starter at the end of last season left….to go to a lower level program. That just doesn’t happen. We need a forward who can defend, like him.
