Hahaha. “He pushed him down.” The hands on the back in that situation are usually to gently let the person know you’re moving through, in an attempt to avoid collision/injury.

If that was a "push down", then Filipowski must have the core strength and well-defined abs of a Joe Girard-type.

Jay Bilas better go at Duke students like he went at Wake Forest’s.
These geeks deserved to be taunted post game. They don’t get to show up and scream stuff like this all game, and then get violent when they get taunted because “their” team lost. Entitled little pricks. They’d the dogshit slapped out of them if they acted like that anywhere outside of Cameron.
That program needs to police their own arena instead of attacking others. They’ve been celebrating poor behavior by their own students for decades. Such a douchey scene.
Also, did anyone see that dork Scheyer walking around shaking hands and apologizing that Duke lost after the game? What a friggin geek.

If Filipowski is allowed to play in the next game, that’s corruption at the highest level. We can beat Duke without him. Has a formal decision been made for his eligibility?

In fact… I would go so far as saying if Filipowski is not suspended, I would love to see all smaller non blue blood schools that are tired of the favoritism join together and file a suit against the corrupt NCAA.

If he’s not suspended, I’d love it if everyone just opted out of the ACC tourney. Let UNc-Duke play again, since that’s clearly what the league wants anyway.

The threat alone might be enough to force the NCAA’s hand. Would love to see it!

How was Fran McCaffrey able to coach both of his sons at Iowa and not have the program bottom out. Fran played his kids 20-30MPG in their years at most and the program while on the bubble this year just shows coaches can coach their kids and not have complete nepotism.
I wish this could be discussed by Syracuse fans but it the question could be debated because god forbid it could be said Jim Boeheim handled the situation in a non approved manner.

He played his kids too much and compounded the problem by treating Girard and the 2-3 zone like 2 more kids whose roles are non negotiable. Play some man to man so we can play Buddy and Joe at the wings with Kadary at point, and use Jimmy as the 15 mpg reserve he should’ve been and we would’ve been fine. imagine in 2021-22: Kadary Buddy Swider Guerrier Edwards bench: Girard either: Braswell or Newton Jimmy Anselem Probably a solid tourney team instead of the first losing record in 50 years.

I used to follow Iowa pretty closely from having lived there, but don't any more. I'd imagine with any father/son combo there is some people upset, but I've never noted it being too palpable. He's had some pretty tremendous offensive talent over the past 5-8 years though that acted as the number ones on offense. Clear numbers ones - that has to help keep much of it at bay as they've been more complimentary than ball dominant. The system didn't change to fit them either. lol

I'm enjoying all these small tourneys on ESPN. I think these games are more fun than most high level games at this point. The game is definitely losing something with all the transfers, etc...

I hope Flip injures his leg for real next game he plays, and I don’t feel remotely bad about that. He’s a complete asshole, a dangerously dirty player, a liar, and a coward, and he needs to be humbled.
