Official reviews need to be capped at 60 seconds. Coaches don’t get unlimited time to fix things during timeouts. Refs shouldn’t get all day either. If you can’t tell in one minute, then you’re just guessing anyway.

Top 16 get homecourt advantage first and second round. Until womens basketball can get fans to travel to neutral court first and second round games they won’t change. It’s growing but the NCAA doesn’t want completely empty arenas.
