I would expect him to wind up in Orange at this point. Really high ceiling kid. Wouldn’t expect much in year one obviously.

I like his shooting. 53% from 3 is 53% from 3. But he will need work and hopefully he doesn't leave the program after a year or 2 like some of the others in recent history. We need these type of kids to stick around for the long game.

Overall this kid is a better addition than Golden in my opinion. Let's lock it up!!

Think he can make any impact next year? Seems like he could help out shooting from 3

I don't think Braswell would be an immediate impact guy - nor would he have to be. We've got one of the better starting front courts around, IMO. Marek and Oshae are both experienced and will absolutely get better, as well. Marek is only scratching the surface of his potential, and Oshae, once he gets better at finishing around the rim, will be a force. So we don't really need anyone to give us more than maybe 5-10 minutes next year, tops, particularly with Eli Hughes coming in with the ability to play some small forward. Braswell is a really nice looking longterm investment who I think could really pay off as a sophomore or junior.

Hi guys. Just wanted to say hi. Braswell looks like he has a high ceiling. I hope he can play some 4. I like how his coach says he’s positionless.

247 just updated Braswell's profile to show a visit to Syracuse coming up on May 8. I mean... I think we can PROBABLY expect a commitment right? I think it was in the article Mike Waters had about Braswell today that his final three are us, Oklahoma State, and UMass.

I'm on board with most of you on him. Looks like a nice prospect but would add more value in sophomore year.

No real reason. Just a gut feeling, particularly after he got his visit together so quickly after getting his offer. Okie State has been on him the longest. Hopefully he’ll have a great visit. We can sell in him on being the long, lean SU prototypical forward.

I like this. Golden's ceiling is Onondaga hill while Braswell's is Mt Everest.

I think that Golden would have been a nice pickup. He'd have been ready to contribute minutes this year. But Braswell certainly has more potential to develop into a stud down the line. 6-9, can knock down threes, and high jumps 6-6? There's so much to like about this kid's ceiling.
