I was never a big fan of Wayne but this one got me….
Also like Go DJ and Fireman.
Back in the days of of listening stations at music stores, random hip hop fan wanted me to listen to a Wayne verse that he really liked, and I agreed but then I wanted him to listen to a Phonte verse I really liked off a Little Brother song. Lol. Sometimes I miss physical media and in person convos over it.
if only I would’ve known then that Phonte(LB) and Wayne would do a song together a couple years later….

I saw an Ozzy response to this that said it was the best cover of the song he ever heard...........and it's T PAIN? That is…..very surprising. And good.

I really do miss going to record stores (CD) whatever we called them when they existed. It was fun just to browse. I used to really like just reading the 'Thanks' in the liner notes when I was a kid and then randomly buying CDs based off of who they thanked! lol

I’ve got the t shirt with that EPMD inspired “Little Brother - GetBack” logo on it. One of my favorite music shirts I have.

So, the new Benny album. I like it, best tracks, One foot in, TMVTL, Pillow Talk and Slander. I don't know how I think of the one with Snoop yet. Jada is still Jada, seamless and timeless

The liner notes, magazines, just browsing records. It really felt like you were searching for every clue to find something new. Now, I don't know, the fun is kinda gone. Not entirely, but a little bit.

Shame. He usually steals the show on his features.

KRIT, 8 Ball and MJG, and 2 Chainz. Never been a 2 Chainz fan, but I love his verse here. The beat (produced by KRIT) really goes.
