Coming out of high school, Hima had offers from VCU, Pitt, Texas A&M, Rhode Island, UMass and Duquesne.
I like his height, weight and IQโฆ. Didnโt show much at Duquesne though. Iโm not thrilled, but Iโm willing to give him a shot. He appears to be a high character guy with a good work ethic. Fingers crossed.

Agreed. He seems possibly a little more skilled than some of the project Africans we have had. Itโs also weird that he wants to come to SU and barely play. He had MUCH better options for playing time. Who knows really? Itโs still troubling that we didnโt pursue a 4/5 Stretch type. REALLY worried about next season. We donโt know if Benny will pan out and we need scoring from the Forwards!
Had a good hang with a plugged in poster from the other board a few weeks ago here in CLE. Heโs very concerned and worried about the program. Shared some insight and thoughts about how we have declined and the issues with JB. Not pretty as we know.

The only thing I can think of is JB sold him on competing for a starting position after Jesse leaves. Weโll have to hope that he can give us at least 10 mpg just playing defense and rebounding.
I like the incoming class, but I think weโre going to be so young, with only Joe and Jesse as experienced guys. Symir can give us minutes, but who knows with Benny. We will need 3 out of our freshman to deliver right away, which is asking an awful lot.
So Iโm concerned too, but at least Iโm excited to see the end of Daddy Ball. Fingers crossed.
