Not sure if we get involved again or not but I did recall he dropped us initially as he didn't want to play zone.

I'd take him in a NY minute.

I'd take him in a NY minute. I'm 50/50 on this.

I'd take him in a NY minute. I'm 50/50 on this.Β I certainly understand the skepticism because he didn't do much at Nova. But... at least he's a pure point guard. He was a five star recruit... maybe he'd find himself in a different system. The talent (just like Carey) is there.

It's not that. It's the whole went to Arizona then left there when Adidas scandal broke out. Now Pitt and Capel are probably involved and Capel is dirty as PigPen from the Peanuts.

Not much of a difference between having him or Carey. No reason to have both with the incoming guys we have. Focus needs to be on a big and I could see them wanting to being in duruji because hes a freak. At one time I'd love for this scenario but like deano said, the kid is shady and he had a worse freshman season then Carey did. Kid wanted out after like the 2nd game....no way would he like playing for JB!

Apparently he didnβt buy into Novaβs D and couldnβt grasp the system. Saw an article about this somewhere where some coaches were commenting saying that Novaβs M2M D concepts are quite complex actually. He probably wouldnβt fit in here since, you know, the Zone is so hard to learn (cough-cough)

I just wish we had a pure point guard, and a really good center (non traditional or traditional I don't care)... just someone who can shoot, and not be pushed off the block or boxed out with one arm... like someone over 230. I'm not convinced that any of the guys we have next season can play point guard or center without quite a bit of struggle and learning on the job. I'm not saying Quinerly is the answer, but he's someone I'd consider.
