I believe you are correct and Dean gave some info on one of his pod's about that. Sounds promising. thanks for giving me the info on dean he's the man. if richmond really is 6'7 right now we might have the gem of the class on our hands. remember when we were all in on andre jackson and not him? lol 6.8.0 I doubt he’s 6’7 but he has plenty of size. I think you’re right in terms of him as the possible gem of any Top 100 ranking. Also with the MCW/Ennis penetration potential. We haven’t seen this in ages and it’s been a major problem with our teams. Hopefully he can come in right away and ball. Gain JBs trust. If he doesn’t JB will just ride JG/BB all year and it just won’t be sustainable. That’s just how JB rolls. He’ll ride them into the ground. But, Kadary looks good for sure!

I think we will Grif get some time at the 2 like Eli played this year. Buddy is definitely playing at least 30 min a game tho we will just need to accept that for right now.

Hopefully Kadary comes in like gangbusters. Like a Shea Gilgeous-Alexander who was arguably one of the best players in the country, certainly around Jan/Feb/March. If that’s the case then maybe he takes the reigns running PG full time. If so, then Buddy and Joe can platoon off the ball hunting shots so both can be fresh. Sub in/out for each other. Joe can run some PG as well with Kadary off the ball. This might be the most ideal scenario. One can hope.

Buddy and joe sharing time off the ball and shooting lights out being fresh. Kadary penetrating at will and creating for them. Also if hes really 6'7 he would be a terror up top in the zone. I fully expect buddy and joe to play huge minutes...and they should but theres no reason to run them in the ground and not play other talented kids who bring different skills to the table. Be a coach and sub depending on game situations. Griff at the 3 if hes eligible this year. We could be pretty darn good if we can figure it all out and maybe add one more piece to the puzzle.

Was assuming that Griff will be eligible at the 3. I think we are still an NIT/Bubble team adding Griff and nobody else but if the Purdue kid comes as well then this could very well be a solid Top 25 team. Not a lot of team speed collectively (many of our good teams were just meh here) but good size, interchangeable parts, and finally some depth. Good enough 👍.

Kadary with Joe Girard off ball will be a problem down the line. Joe will only get better in the zone as he ages, and offensively he is Jimmer 2.0z

Jg3 and Buddy shouldn’t both start. One of them should come off the bench because our D is bad when they’re playing at the same time.

This is good. Actually has the ball in his hands a lot. He shouldn’t be one of these risky combo conversions to PG like Carey/Joseph/Goodine were.

It never really felt like Goodine won the minutes he got as much as they were given as a matter of circumstance. I could see KR winning minutes, whoever starts is arbitrary. Do we have a firm wingspan for Kadary? 6'9 feels like a safe estimate, that at the top of the zone will get him on the court. 6.9.1
