Wow. Tons of talent on both teams. The aggressive inside play and takes. The throwdowns. The blocks. Stewart is fantastic. Gillespie and all the Baylor guards are terrific. Length of Washington and their athletes are impressive. Should be a good last 3:00. I’m sad and jealous.

GREAT W for Washington. Closed the game on a 21-5 run to win 67-64 and Hop goes M2M last two possessions to totally surprise Baylor. Boom!

Good for Hop. I didn’t see the game. Wish he was our coach.

Yeah, there’s a HUGE talent discrepancy between us. We’re not even in the arena right now.

I honestly think we would have a tougher time against Washington or Baylor than UVA. Would be really hard to get a shot off. Length of Washington is insane (no projects though) and Baylor have physical guards, length, and a good big man. These teams can score too. We might get to 50 but either team could hang 70-80 on us, IMO.

I think Washington can be an elite eight caliber team with that talent and length. I may have to become a Washington fan because I think we might have our first losing season. Can you imagine if we lose to Colgate Wednesday? Apparently it’s one of Colgate’s best teams, and one of our worst.

Clemson best Colgate 81-68 today. The problem is often the damn Zone keeps teams in the game because we can’t dictate any pace. Colgate is a good passing team. Them attacking our Zone I would think they prefer as opposed to attacking a M2M with better athletes than they have. If we have trouble rebounding then Colgate will definitely hang around due to the nature of the Zone and our lack of pace.

It's a shame we could have this at SU if they had only hired Hop, but no let's keep the ole man around and watch the b-ball program continue to spiral downward.

I was one who wanted a proven coach, a hire outside of the family, etc. But, just seeing their talent makes you drool. Even the old man could make it work with the stable of talent they have.
Seriously, athletically, Carter/Stewart/McDaniels/Wright are four dudes who are as athletic as any four in the country. UK probably the other one.
